What services do you provide?
I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, and mood disorders.
In addition to these conditions, I also provide treatment for bipolar disorder, children’s mental health concerns, OCD, PTSD, postpartum mental health, and substance use disorders.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. All appointments are conducted through secure telehealth. You must be physically located in Louisiana at the time of your visit.

What are your self-pay rates?
Initial Evaluation (60 minutes): $150
Follow-Up Visits (30 minutes): $75

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept select insurance plans through Headway.
Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Optum (Oscar, United Healthcare, Oxford) and Quest Behavioral Health.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out to inquire about availability.

What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice will incur a $75 no-show fee. After two no-shows, you may be dismissed from the practice.

What paperwork can you complete?
I can complete work/school notes, treatment verification letters, ESA letters (housing only), medication documentation, and some FMLA or short-term disability forms. A $50 paperwork fee applies. Some legal or forensic forms may require a psychologist or psychiatrist.

What can I expect during my initial evaluation?
The initial evaluation is mandatory for all new patients. It includes a comprehensive review of your symptoms, history, medications, and goals. This visit lasts 60 minutes and helps guide your personalized treatment plan.

How often are follow-up appointments?
Most patients are seen every 2–4 weeks, then every 90 days once stable, depending on their needs and medications.

What age groups do you see?
I see ages 6 and up.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?
No, I do not prescribe controlled substances in private practice.

What if I need urgent or emergency care?
I do not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
