Anxiety Disorders
You don’t have to face anxiety alone. I combine evidence-based treatments with a client-focused, whole-person philosophy: each plan is shaped around your unique history, needs, and life circumstances.
What Is Anxiety
Anxiety is more than ordinary worry or stress. When thoughts of fear, dread, or unease become frequent, intense, or difficult to control and start interfering with your daily life, that can mean you’re dealing with an anxiety disorder. Symptoms may include:
-
Constant or excessive worry
-
Restlessness, nervousness, or feeling on edge
-
Racing thoughts, trouble concentrating
-
Sleep problems or insomnia
-
Rapid heartbeat, muscle tension, fatigue, or physical discomfort
Whether anxiety shows up as chronic worry, panic attacks, social fears, or phobias, know this: you’re not alone, and help is available.
How I Can Help
When you reach out, I’ll take the time to truly listen and understand what you’re going through. Our first evaluation will let me get a full picture of your mental health, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we’ll build a bespoke care plan using one or more of the following:
-
Medication management, when clinically appropriate, chosen carefully based on your history, preferences, and needs.
-
Lifestyle & self-care strategies, including sleep hygiene, stress-reduction techniques, healthy routines, and coping tools tailored to your day-to-day life.
Your treatment evolves as you grow: I’ll monitor progress, check in regularly, and adjust your plan as needed to help you reach lasting stability and emotional wellness.

Ready to Take the Next Step
If anxiety is interfering with your daily life, making it hard to sleep, focus, work, or enjoy relationships, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels manageable, realistic, and tailored to you.
**Benzodiazepine Policy**
I do not prescribe benzodiazepines, including Xanax (alprazolam), Klonopin (clonazepam), Ativan (lorazepam), Valium (diazepam), or Restoril (temazepam).
Instead, I use evidence-based, safer long-term options for anxiety, insomnia, and mood-related conditions. My goal is to support you with treatments that promote stability, reduce dependence risks, and improve long-term wellness.
