About Me
Lee Psychiatry was created from a deep commitment to providing compassionate, accessible, and affordable mental health care. After earning my Master of Science in Nursing and becoming a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I gained extensive experience working with individuals facing ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and insomnia/sleep disorders. Through these experiences, I saw a clear need for a practice that truly listens, one that slows down, explains treatment clearly, and meets people where they are.
Throughout my nursing and psychiatric journey, I noticed how often clients felt rushed or unheard in traditional settings. I wanted to build something different: a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to be honest and can receive care tailored specifically to them. That vision became the foundation of Lee Psychiatry.
Since launching, Lee Psychiatry has grown steadily, expanding services, partnering with Headway to improve insurance accessibility, and supporting a diverse and growing client community. Each milestone reflects my dedication to providing care that is direct, empathetic, and rooted in evidence-based practice.
Lee Psychiatry exists because people deserve mental health care that feels human. My mission is to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to take meaningful steps toward a healthier and more peaceful life.
